Y12 Geography students visited the Yorkshire Coast on a recent field trip. Luckily, the weather was great as the students worked on coastal defences, river discharge and changing urban areas.

The students stayed at the Sisters of The Order of The Holy Paraclete who said the students were a delight to have stay; “It was a delight to have these geography students and teachers stay with us this week from Eckington school. We are so pleased that it was lovely weather for them and we wish them all the best in their studies. They were a lovely group of young folks. Their teachers were very pleasant too!”
