Subject Ambassadors

In October 2016, thirty students were trained by the UFA to be subject ambassadors . The process involved students taking on different roles and responsibilities for their chosen departments.

This is some of the great feedback given by them from this training:

  • "I have learnt that confidence is key when doing anything in life and helps you become a better person. I can work better with people than I thought, and it's good to get out of your comfort zone."
  • "I have learnt that I can show and do more than I actually show and do."
  • "I have learnt that if I step out of my comfort zone then I will enjoy myself."
  • "I have learnt to act more like a leader and to not act shy all the time."
  • "I have learnt I am very intelligent and creative when I put 100% effort into my tasks."
  • "I have learnt no matter what you are going through anybody can do anything."
